  In less than three months, the children of Iraq will begin a new school year. For many, this is not the exciting time of rejoining friends after a long summer. For some of Iraq 's poorest children, including orphans, it is a time of sadness when they prepare to return to the classroom in old, worn out clothing. It is a time when they don't know how well they will perform in class because they lack basic supplies such as pens, paper, and book bags. These children need your help. They need your compassion, assistance, and contribution to provide them with not only school supplies and clothing, but the knowledge that caring adults in America want to see them succeed. Your donation provides the hope and care children need to meet their full potential, escaping lives of poverty and alternatives to delinquency and worse - terrorism.
