No Strings Attached
Reaching out to others comes from a desire to
make a positive difference in someone else’s
life. This is the motivation behind an idea
that Mike and Billy Stanton originated in an NGO
they established
www.nostringsattached.us/. Mike and Billy
refurbish used and old guitars, make them like
new, and donate them to those that cannot afford
to purchase their own guitar.
Generation Iraq, through
the help of our military in Kurdistan, our
courageous representative, Haval Aziz, and the
Kirkuk Center for Business and Professional
Women sponsored delivery of shipments of guitars
to the youth in the Kurdistan community as a
token of friendship from the Stanton brothers.
This is one example showing
that it only takes a desire to help to bring a
smile to someone on the other side of the
