Iraqi children have faced obstacles many of us cannot even begin to imagine. The DreamWeavers program is dedicated to helping fulfill the wishes and dreams of deserving Iraqi youth. Children have the opportunity to write a personal essay explaining what their dream is, and why they think we should make their dreams come true. They will submit their essay along with a supporting letter from an adult they have a close relationship with. A parent, teacher, or other adult can also nominate deserving children.   

Their dreams could range from a picture of their favorite celebrity to a new pair of shoes, or maybe a computer to use for school. It could even be a dream to take a trip with their famlies.

There is no limit to the power of the human spirit, or the impact that hope can have on a young life.
